🚀 MEP Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP systems installation between design, field, and trade partners.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure design intent and constructability .
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve field conflicts and maintain schedule alignment.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings, manage BIM clash detection processes, and track RFI and submittal status.
• Support commissioning activities , systems testing, and final turnover documentation.
• Ensure all MEP work meets code, safety, and quality standards .
• Assist in cost control , change management, and procurement of long-lead items.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MEP coordination , ideally in data center, mission critical, or large commercial projects .
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems .
• Proficient with Navisworks, Revit, and Bluebeam (BIM experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
