Facility in which physicians have an ownership and investment interest. This facility has 1 OR and 2 PR’s. State-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of General Surgery, ENT, Podiatry, Orthopedics, Pain Management and Joint Replacement.

Summary:

• Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Ideal candidate has leadership operations experience in an outpatient surgery setting.
• Must have solid background in managing budget and financials and meeting financial goals.
