Role Overview:

Supports Knowledge Management and Data Governance by managing content, validating data, and assisting in implementing lifecycle and access policies across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in SharePoint/OneDrive site organization and template management.
• Monitor compliance with data access, retention, and lifecycle policies.
• Support audits and remediation of data for AI readiness.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and provide support for end-user queries.

Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise content management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
• Attention to detail, process-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of data governance principles.
