Position Overview

We are seeking a confident and experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations across two optometry practices. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, task-oriented, and able to delegate effectively while maintaining a supportive environment for staff and providers. This role requires maturity, professionalism, and the ability to balance staff personalities while driving productivity and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across two offices, ensuring efficient patient flow and staff coordination.
• Supervise and coach a team of 15–20 employees, including front desk staff and support teams.
• Implement processes to increase efficiency, improve patient experience, and drive revenue growth.
• Hold staff accountable while fostering a professional, drama-free environment.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll (ADP), supply ordering, and vendor coordination.
• Utilize practice software (OfficeMate, ECRVault, Weave) and Microsoft Office tools to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to maintain a high standard of patient care.
• Educate and cross-train employees to ensure coverage and professional development.
• Act as liaison between doctors and staff to maintain positive working relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in a medical, optometry, or dental office (multi-location preferred).
• Strong leadership and delegation skills with the ability to manage diverse personalities.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in OfficeMate, ECRVault, Weave, ADP payroll, and Microsoft Office.
• Confident, creative, and resourceful problem-solver with a track record of increasing office efficiency and sales.
• Ability to be on-site full-time; must be mature, professional, and reliable.
