Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Salary: $225,000–$235,000

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced healthcare leader to serve as Deputy Executive Director for a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) based in New York City. This role oversees the full scope of operations for a large home and community-based care program that supports patients across the care continuum.

What You Bring:

• Education: Master’s degree in Nursing, Hospital Administration, Health Care Administration, Administrative Medicine, or Public Health.
• Licensure: Active RN license in New York State (or pending license) and current BLS certification.
• Experience: At least six years of progressive leadership within a CHHA or a combination of CHHA and hospital or public administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of CHHA regulations, standards of care, and operational best practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex teams and drive outcomes in community-based healthcare.
