Position: RCM Payment Posting Manager

Overview:
Seeking a collaborative and hands-on RCM Payment Posting Manager to oversee both Accounts Receivable and Payment Posting functions for a multi-location healthcare organization. This leader will manage a combined team of 15 across AR and Payment Posting, driving workflow efficiency, accuracy, and team engagement.
Must Haves:
* Experience managing AR and Payment Posting in a medical/healthcare setting
* Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
* Strong leadership with focus on collaboration and accountability
* Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiar with eCW or similar EHR/RCM systems
