🚀 Nurse Manager - Surgical Center

Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is partnering with a very well-known surgical center to help them locate a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to join their team near Newark, DE. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the nursing staff and overall nursing operations of ambulatory center
• Use sound management principles to organize, plan, coordinate and control the flow of patients, activities/services, personnel, and utilization of resources.
• Develops, monitors, and communicates staffing schedules, and makes daily adjustments as necessary.
• Responsible for preparation and oversight of the clinical staffing operating budget.
• Provides adequate levels of staff to ensure safe and effective nursing care.
• Resolves conflicts, mediates, and ensures compliance with policies by employees and physicians
• Other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state of practice required
• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Basic Life support (BLS) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Knowledge of Ambulatory Surgery Center functionality

Compensation and schedule:

• Salary begins at $115K but can be significantly more based on years of experience

• Monday – Friday, no evenings, weekends or holidays
