Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 03 Months

Pay rate: $33-$35 on W2

Job Description:

Position Summary

We’re seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy to help members achieve optimal, cost-effective outcomes. You’ll work closely with members, providers, and internal teams to ensure the right care at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members’ needs and eligibility.
• Evaluate members’ benefit plans and determine appropriate case management approaches.
• Apply and interpret clinical criteria, guidelines, and policies to ensure benefits are administered appropriately.
• Utilize case management and quality management processes in compliance with company, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet member needs effectively.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license (required).
• Case Management Certification (CCM) preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience (hospital, home health, or ambulatory care).
• Healthcare and/or managed care industry experience required.
• Case management experience strongly preferred.
