Youngs Premium Foods is a Carolina tradition, specializing in premium pecans, gourmet gifts, and Southern favorites. As we enter our busy season, were looking for friendly, reliable Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to help us deliver excellent experiences to our customers.

What Youll Do

• Greet and assist customers by phone, email, and in-person
• Process orders quickly and accurately
• Answer questions about products, shipping, and store policies
• Provide solutions to customer concerns with a positive attitude
• Support the team with general store and office tasks as needed

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, professional attitude and reliability
• Comfort with basic computer systems and order entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak season
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Schedule & Pay

• Seasonal role, OctoberDecember (with potential to extend)
• Flexible shifts including weekdays and occasional Saturdays
• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the customer service industry
• 18 years or older
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Available to work: weekdays
