Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Skilled Nursing Facility

We're seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional care in a skilled nursing facility. If you're passionate about improving lives, confident in your clinical skills, and ready to work with a supportive team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric residents with speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Active SLP license in the state of practice (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA CCCs preferred, CFs considered at select locations
• SNF experience a plus, but not required
