Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Care Advocate to create a concierge-level experience for members by guiding them through the surgical continuum. This role involves developing high-quality relationships and creating memorable experiences for members while promoting the value of the client's service.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide answers to member questions and education on the surgery process.
• Offer incentives for participation and aid in provider selection.
• Coordinate communications with physician offices.
• Engage new members with enthusiasm and support every member navigating the complexities of surgery.
