We seek reliable, professional, and mission-driven individuals who are excited to work directly with the public, committed to advocacy, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with their team.
Position Overview
The Prevention Educator implements SARSSM's prevention education programs across Cumberland and York Counties. The role provides education and training to youth and community partners on healthy relationships, consent, and strategies to reduce sexual violence. - Assist with stakeholder engagement and conduct data collection and reporting.

Helpline coverage is a core, non-optional responsibility. All staff serve as Advocates and provide on-call support for the 24-hour crisis & support Helpline, including evenings and weekends. Shifts are assigned on a rotation, with frequency based on staffing levels. Additional on-call stipend applies. The Helpline is the primary point of access for most clients, and staff who approach it with professionalism and commitment thrive.
