Craftsman Mold Co., a leader in the design, tooling, and molding of polymeric products for automotive and consumer goods industries, is seeking skilled and experienced CNC Machinists to join our dedicated team. This role involves operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality, precision parts and components for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to crafting top-quality products in a dynamic and innovative manufacturing environment. Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models. Load materials into CNC machines and adjust machine settings based on the specifics of the project. Operate CNC machinery to perform cutting, drilling, and shaping of various materials. Monitor machinery for any signs of problems or malfunctions and perform regular maintenance checks. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workspace. Regularly inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications. Assist in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes for enhanced efficiency and quality.
