What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead the development of SQL scripts and Python for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
2. Monitor and optimize processes to improve throughput and efficiency
3. Perform unit testing and system integration testing (SIT)
4. Assist the development team in deployment and monitoring of applications
5. Develop ETL processes using Oracle databases

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in developing SQL scripts in Oracle
2. 2 to 4 years of experience in Python
3. Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, or claims processing is a plus
4. Ability to interpret requirements and develop processes accordingly
5. Strong writing and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with encounter data in a healthcare setting
2. Familiarity with ETL development using Informatica
3. Knowledge of specific healthcare systems and claims processing
