CRNA Locum Tenens Coverage

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for locum tenens coverage at a community hospital in south-central Virginia. This position requires an active Virginia license and board certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform anesthesia for a wide range of procedures including general, ENT, urology, orthopedic, endoscopy, OB, cardiac, and regional anesthesia.
• Maintain proficiency in spinal anesthesia and ultrasound‑guided regional anesthesia.
• Work autonomously on a 8‑ to 10‑hour shift schedule Monday to Friday, with a 1:5 in‑house OB call ratio and paid post‑call days off.
• Complete background check and adhere to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia nursing license.
• Board certification as a CRNA.
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia and spinal procedures.
• Ability to work independently in an inpatient/operating room setting.
