Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and management of contracts with insurance payors and healthcare networks to drive the growth of our DME business.
• Spearhead the establishment of effective contracting strategies with commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payor entities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Negotiate fee schedules and value‑based arrangements and build and nurture strong relationships with payor partners to secure optimal reimbursement structures.
• Oversee contract performance and compliance, identify opportunities for renegotiation or optimization, and position HME Specialists for sustained operational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in healthcare contracting, payor relations, or managed care, particularly within the DME or post‑acute care sectors.
• Proven success in negotiating complex contracts and managing payor relationships effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess contract performance and compliance, and outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to establish and maintain strong partnerships with insurance payors and healthcare networks.
• A strategic mindset and problem‑solving capabilities to align network strategies with company objectives, driving operational success and growth in the medical supply industry.
