The Integration & Test Engineer is responsible for hands‑on testing, data collection, and analysis of chillers and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures products meet design specifications and are ready for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct acceptance and design verification testing, including burn‑in and temperature evaluations.
• Collect and analyze test data using manual and electronic data acquisition systems.
• Create charts, reports, and documentation using Excel and related tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on production units.
• Complete test forms, travelers, and work order documentation accurately.
• Inspect and verify mechanical and electrical conformance.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product readiness.

Required Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or 5+ years of hands‑on HVAC/mechanical testing and data analysis experience.
• Proficient in data acquisition systems, multimeters, amp clamps, and TC readers.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must own steel‑toed boots.

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA 608 License (preferred, not required).
• 2+ years of experience testing mechanical or electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with pumping systems or similar machinery.
• Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with sensors and data acquisition tools.
