If you join as a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses and receiving dedicated classes for SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. After earning licenses, you will learn foundational advisory skills, build client relationships, and guide clients with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, while humanizing financial interactions. The Academy supports you with tools and resources as you progress through the stages of development.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. You will be required to register and complete the SAFE Act background check. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination.

Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $33.00/hr

Responsibilities

  • Build a successful career at Bank of America through world-class training and onboarding programs.
  • Receive training and one-on-one coaching from Academy managers invested in your success.
  • Grow knowledge by using a defined consultative approach to identify client needs and appropriate solutions.
  • Earn required licenses (SIE, Series 7 and Series 66; 63 & 65 accepted in lieu of 66) with structured study plans and timelines (SIE within 30 days; Series 7 & 66 within 120 days).
  • Develop and manage relationships within a portfolio of clients, delivering end-to-end comprehensive advice and client reviews.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
