Overview: A&M CFO Services work with private equity-held portfolio companies, providing solutions to preserve and generate value. Our goal is to improve transparency, support increasing cash flow and EBITDA, and involve ourselves in clients’ operations to ensure credible plans and successful financial outcomes.

Description: CFO Services provides key pillars of services including liquidity & working capital optimization, strategic analytics & planning, performance measurement & management, business transformation, and auxiliary services like accounting remediation.

Professional Expectations:

• Hypothesis / Scope Development: Facilitate information gathering, guide client interviews, define analysis needs, and develop frameworks.
• Project Management and Implementation: Lead project components, manage client expectations, develop actionable plans, and work collaboratively with senior management.
• Leadership: Leverage industry expertise, promote innovative thinking, and build effective teams.
• Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial modeling, statement analysis, and understanding of accounting treatments.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in relevant fields preferred but not required.
• Over 12 years of experience in accounting, finance, due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity.
• Proficiency in financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s Degree preferred but not required.

The salary range is $150,000-$225,000 annually, plus discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Alvarez & Marsal is committed to diversity and equal opportunity employment.
