What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Perform audits to ensure compliance with Training, Facility, Repair Procedures, and Tool/Equipment requirements
2. Document findings, prepare an improvement plan of action, and partner with centers on next steps for achieving certification
3. Deliver standup training to collision center and dealer personnel on collision and safety-related curriculum

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Experience in the collision center and/or mechanical service center industry
2. Technical automotive background or education
3. High level of accuracy in verbal and written communication
4. Good problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills
5. Experienced in Microsoft Office software applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Time spent delivering stand-up or onsite training in the automotive industry
