🚀 Clinical Experience Manager

As a Clinical Experience Manager, you will be an integral member of a team within HLS Solutions that is reimagining the Radiologist experience and enriching their workflow with innovative, healthcare-oriented AI-led solutions. You will drive customer obsession in the product organization, working closely with customers to understand critical needs and communicating actionable product feedback to relevant internal teams to improve satisfaction and advance our Diagnostics solutions for the radiologist community.

As a Clinical Subject Matter Expert on the Diagnostics product development team, you will strive to ensure clinical excellence in every aspect of product design and delivery and lead projects critical to the product's success. Using your clinical expertise, you will help develop guidelines, requirements and benchmarks for our AI research teams and application product management teams.

Responsibilities

We are looking for passionate people with a healthy mix of Radiology / Imaging clinical expertise and proven program management experience who can serve as a strategic clinical expert driving AI product excellence by aligning cross-functional teams, shaping model development, and translating customer insights into impactful diagnostics solutions.

• Supporting AI Model Development & Evaluation - Collaborate with Research to support AI model prompt development through guidelines/requirements and benchmark definitions, test and improve model outputs, help monitor model drift, provide clinical annotation and feedback to enhance model quality.
• Customer Feedback, Engagement & Product Adoption - Maintain deep engagement with end users to gather and analyze feedback, driving optimal use and adoption of our products, especially during Preview programs, and represent HLS Diagnostics at industry events to gather feedback and evangelize the portfolio.
• Internal Cross-Functional Collaboration & Education - Serve as a thought partner and clinical expert across engineering, product, research, design and support to bolster knowledge of the Radiology workflow and translate user pain points into actionable product improvements.
• Regulatory Awareness and Compliance - Stay abreast of evolving industry regulations and drive these requirements into product development considerations.
• Coordinate priorities and work direction across the Clinical SME team

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• Current knowledge of health documentation standards and Radiology reporting workflows
• Experience in a radiology reporting setting, including image interpretation and report authorship

Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

• BC/BE Radiologist or equivalent, and/or 4+ years of experience as a medical professional in a radiology reporting setting
• Healthcare AI or related technology experience, with knowledge of AI and prompt engineering with LLMs
• Program management skills, managing risks and driving positive outcomes in cross-functional teams
• Proficient communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Experience in sourcing, evaluating, and applying medical guidelines to medical AI development
• Education or equivalent experience in healthcare AI or healthcare technology / IT
• Collaborative product culture experience where product, engineering, customer success, and design listen to and respectfully challenge each other to reach the final product
• Willingness to innovate, with a tolerance for fast iteration and the ability to reflect and act on feedback

Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC4 — The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range for specific locations, with USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
