• Utilize problem‑solving skills and software packages to deliver premium deliverables and cultivate client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real‑estate strategy, digital transformation, or financial services consulting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and client management skills.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Real Estate preferred.
• Experience with real‑estate valuation, CMBS, mortgage debt, and market transaction data.
