We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Digital Supply Chain. This role is critical to advancing the maturity of our supply chain and driving digital transformation across planning processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge of Kinaxis, SAP, and data management best practices, and proven leadership in supply chain planning (Supply, Demand, and Inventory Management).

This individual contributor will lead the development and deployment of new ways of working, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure accountability across the organization. They will champion change management, process documentation, and user training with empathy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Supply Chain Strategy: Drive the vision and roadmap for digital supply chain transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • System Expertise: Deploy and optimize supply chain planning systems, preferably Kinaxis and SAP, to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process Excellence: Identify inefficiencies in supply chain planning processes, recommend improvements, and document new and existing processes to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Planning Leadership: Oversee Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management, ensuring integration and best practices across functions.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Build strong relationships and influence executives and cross‑functional leaders to adopt new processes and tools.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of digital tools and processes.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Disseminate knowledge across diverse user groups and provide empathetic, effective training.
  • Accountability & Governance: Hold partners accountable for deliverables and performance metrics.

Skills

  • Ability to integrate your assigned division’s unique constraints, workflows, product mix, and customer expectations with supply chain best practices to maximize the value of digital tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical skills and achieve advanced Kinaxis certifications.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain planning processes and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to independently find solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Self‑starter with a track record of delivering results with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a position of influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Preferred experience in In‑Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), MedTech industries, or large multinational companies known for having highly mature supply chain management practices.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the IVD industry.
  • Expertise in Kinaxis, SAP, and data management best practices.
  • Experience deploying digital supply chain solutions globally.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Compensation

The pay transparency salary range listed below applies to USA‑based candidates only.

Min $154,180 - Max $231,280

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
