Overview

Jerry is a pre‑IPO super‑app dedicated to simplifying car ownership. With over $240M in funding and 5M customers, we offer insurance, financing, maintenance, and AI‑powered services across a $2T U.S. market. We are now hiring a Data Scientist to help propel our growth from 5M to 50M customers and reach a $10B valuation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development to embed customer performance insights into acquisition strategies.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B experiments for new and existing features, drawing actionable insights for product and business decisions.
• Define, model, and test levers to drive profitable, scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimized operational efficiency across the data science pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or rigorously analytical discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in top‑tier consulting (e.g., Analysis Group, Cornerstone Research, BCG) or data science/business analysis roles.
• High proficiency with SQL and Python.

Preferred Experience

• Recent experience at a leading economic or management consulting firm.
• Hands‑on data science or analytics experience in a high‑growth product environment.
• Advanced statistical modeling and machine‑learning expertise.

Compensation

Base salary range: $140,000 – $200,000. Compensation may include equity grants and other variable pay based on role and market conditions.
