In this role, you will :

• Lead software releases for both traditional and modern AEM setups.
• Collaborate with business teams to plan AEM environment needs based on project requirements.
• Work with leadership to develop and implement staffing and operational strategies.
• Contribute to setting short and long-term department goals.
• Monitor service delivery and report on performance.
• Turn marketing concepts and business needs into technical strategies and effective solutions.

What you’ll need :

• Direct experience with AEM, including “headful” and “headless” implementations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Launch and Adobe Target.
• Experience with web development and architecture (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• A strong grasp of marketing and how to leverage marketing technology (MarTech) to create personalized web experiences.
• At least 5 years of experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Experience with modern software development practices like DevOps, test automation, test-driven development, and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• An undergraduate degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
