🚀 District Manager/ Healthcare Dining Services

Overview

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have an opening for a Dynamic District Manager/Regional Director with a strong background in Hospital Food Service Senior Management. We are seeking a Senior Leader who will reinforce our culture, values and attributes, creating an environment for personal growth, enrichment and career success.

The District Manager’s primary role is to serve as a support resource to General Managers and Food Service Team Members while balancing the needs and goals of our Client-Partners and collective business goals. The Leadership role covers growth of sales, profits and Team Member excellence in the DM’s primary operating area. The District Manager is expected to model our company's values, vision and culture. Key success indicators include sales growth, profitability, operating conditions, and retention of valued stakeholders.

Compensation

Base pay range
$135,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead as a resource to General Managers and Food Service Team Members while balancing client-partner needs and overall business goals.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and Team Member excellence within the district’s operating area.
• Model Metz Culinary Management’s hospitality-focused culture in all actions and decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a District Food Service Management role with recent multi-site Contract Dining Services experience overseeing Café Dining, Retail, Catering and Guest Services
• 5-10 years of Industry leadership experience in a General Management role with multi-site responsibilities
• Demonstrated Career Progressive Growth
• Proven success in Change Management
• Polished Client Relation skills to include all levels of Organizational Executive Leadership
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Culinary or similar
• Ability to travel up to 3 hours 50% and more when required
