The Role

As the Store Director, you will lead a talented team of Assistant Store Directors, Sales Leads, and Team Members. Your mission is to create an unforgettable guest experience, highlight our science‑themed merchandise, and motivate your team to exceed new heights. You’ll drive the store’s success, bringing Event Network’s vision and values to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Retail Store Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth, engaging experience for every guest.
  • Sales Optimization: Identify innovative strategies to boost sales and meet financial targets. Keep the store stocked, and communicate inventory needs to the Store Support Center.
  • Financial Management: Manage payroll and controllable profit within guidelines to meet objectives.
  • Build Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with management and partners for long‑term collaboration.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the VP of Store Quality to prioritize and execute short‑term and long‑term business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing, diverse team in an inclusive environment that encourages growth.
  • Guest Service Excellence: Ensure every guest receives outstanding service, contributing to a memorable experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Retail Leadership: 3+ years of retail management with a proven track record.
  • Sales Savvy: Strong background in retail sales and merchandising.
  • Dynamic Leadership: Ability to hire, train and motivate a team.
  • Guest Service Guru: Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Flexible Schedule: Available evenings, holidays, weekends.
  • Positive Vibes: Create a positive, energetic work environment that inspires team.

Physical Requirements
