Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business and the improvement of business procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implements practices to ensure compliance with operational policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Executes HR activities with recruitment, interview coordination, employee onboarding and training to ensure smooth business operations.
• Develops budget and ensures financial and operational metrics meet organizational objectives by identifying, analyzing, and monitoring issues affecting profitability, growth, and productivity.
• Executes business strategy in an efficient and financially responsible manner to attain short and long-term goals.
• Reports directly to the COO.
• Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned. This description is not all-inclusive.

Education/Experience/Skills

• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 5 years of experience in clinical research.
• Experience managing clinical research staff.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI and Teams, preferred.

Working Conditions

• Indoor, office environment.
• Essential physical requirements include sitting, typing, standing, and walking.
• Lightly active position, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
• Reporting to work, as scheduled, is essential.
