Strategic Business Systems, Inc is hiring a Senior NetApp Engineer to provide onsite engineering services and guidance to the customer in Cupertino, CA. He or she will need to be local to the Bay Area and is expected to travel to the local data center when necessary. The candidate should be able to install, configure, maintain, and upgrade NetApp/AFF systems.

US citizenship required.

• Install experience
• AFF
• Migration experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and configuration of AFF (All Flash FAS) systems.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and diagnostics for AFF hardware and OnTap issues.
• Execute break/fix tasks and elevate complex issues as needed.
• Collaborate with local and remote teams to ensure smooth migration and tech refresh activities.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with AFF system installation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and configurations.
• Hands‑on experience with break/fix support.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including internationally.
• Ansible experience would be a plus.
