What Youโll Do
- Drive capital equipment sales of cutting-edge robotic surgical systems within your territory
- Partner with surgeons, hospital executives, and OR staff to demonstrate clinical and economic value
- Manage the full sales cycle โ from prospecting, presentations, and financial justification to closing
- Support live cases and provide clinical guidance during procedures
- Collaborate with marketing, training, and engineering to ensure best-in-class customer experience
What Weโre Looking For
- 3+ years of successful capital equipment or medical device sales experience (robotics, imaging, or surgical preferred)
- Proven hunter mindset with a record of exceeding quota and opening new accounts
- Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder hospital sales cycles
- High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and desire to grow with a scaling organization
