What You’ll Do

• Drive capital equipment sales of cutting-edge robotic surgical systems within your territory
• Partner with surgeons, hospital executives, and OR staff to demonstrate clinical and economic value
• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting, presentations, and financial justification to closing
• Support live cases and provide clinical guidance during procedures
• Collaborate with marketing, training, and engineering to ensure best-in-class customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of successful capital equipment or medical device sales experience (robotics, imaging, or surgical preferred)
• Proven hunter mindset with a record of exceeding quota and opening new accounts
• Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder hospital sales cycles
• High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and desire to grow with a scaling organization
