Senior Capture Manager

Our client is a $130M federal contractor serving the DoD, National Security, Federal Civilian & Health markets. They are seeking the Senior Capture Manager to join their team in the DC Metro area.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• 5+ years of capture management or relevant business development experience in the federal market
• Demonstrated success leading capture efforts with Federal Civilian customers (USDA, Treasury, Commerce, Census, SEC, etc.)
• Background in AI, IT modernization, cyber, cloud or related environments
• Driven professional with good interpersonal skills
