🚀 Selling Store Manager - Sarasota

Overview

Now Hiring: Selling Store Manager — The Furniture Warehouse – Southwest Florida. The Furniture Warehouse is a family-owned company with six locations in Southwest Florida and a history dating to 1988. We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager with proven sales and leadership experience to drive results and lead our sales team at the North Sarasota showroom.

Primary Responsibilities

• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service
• Work with the sales team to maximize sales and profitability
• Attain both personal and store goals in sales volume and related revenue metrics
• Provide management coverage of the store, including opening and closing
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about furniture products
• Ensure customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees, and quick response to needs
• Analyze and process customer orders accurately
• Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale
• Ensure furniture is delivered to customers in a timely manner

Requirements

• Must have furniture industry experience
• Proven track record in commission-based sales, preferably in furniture
• Minimum 5 years of sales or retail management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive earnings: $80,000-$120,000, including base salary, commission, and bonuses
• Aggressive commission schedules with no caps
