Job Description

This role involves hands-on deployment, troubleshooting, and support of AFF systems across multiple global locations as part of a dedicated tech refresh and migration project.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and configuration of AFF (All Flash FAS) systems.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and diagnostics for AFF hardware and OnTap issues.
• Execute break/fix tasks and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Collaborate with local and remote teams to ensure smooth migration and tech refresh activities.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders.

Required qualifications

• Experience with AFF system installation and configurations.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and configurations.
• Hands-on experience with break/fix support.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including internationally.
• Ansible experience would be a plus.
