Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a General Manager at the new Club Pilates in Bloomington/Normal, IL. The General Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the studio, including overseeing staff, ensuring high‑quality customer service, managing schedules, and handling administrative tasks. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to increase membership, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring the overall smooth operation and success of the studio.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Marketing and sales experience
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
• Ability to work on‑site in Bloomington/Normal, IL

Responsibilities

• The General Manager will oversee all sales and operational functionality in the studio
• Lead generation including Grassroots Marketing and networking
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
• Membership and retail sales
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Enforce studio policies and procedures
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Any other duties as assigned
