AdventHealth is seeking a new Chief Operating Officer for the Radiology Physician Enterprise in Orlando, FL. AdventHealth (previously Adventist Health System) is a Seventh-day Adventist non-profit health care system that operates facilities in nine states across the United States. The system operates 52 hospitals that serve more than 6.7 million patients annually.

This position will be responsible for Outpatient Radiology in AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division surrounding metro Orlando, FL. The Central Division covers 9 hospitals, 56 ambulatory sites and 13 imaging centers. There are roughly 164+ radiologists and 50 tele-radiologists and read roughly 3 million cases a year.

The COO will report to the CEO Physician Enterprise and Ambulatory Services, Central Florida Division and will also work with the VP, Radiology for inpatient services in the Central Division.

In this new role, the COO for Radiology Physician Enterprise, will be responsible for driving growth and innovation, ensuring the highest quality of patient care, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities include implementing new business strategies and ensuring all radiology functions are operationalized and optimized in a manner that achieves expected results given the ever-increasing growth of services.

• Drive growth and innovation for the Radiology Physician Enterprise in the Central Florida Division (outpatient radiology)
• Ensure the highest quality of patient care and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Implement new business strategies and ensure radiology functions are operationalized and optimized to achieve expected results amid growing services

This is a full-time position. Salary commensurate with experience with a generous benefits package in the range of $275,000 – $340,000 plus bonus.
