How You’ll Make a Difference
You’ll have the opportunity to assist guests during some of their most challenging times. You will provide exceptional guest experiences, serving as the first–line representative to customers in the Store Manager’s absence. You may be full‑time or part‑time and may be assigned to multiple sites. This position maintains daily operations, supporting the Store Manager with revenue, delinquency management, occupancy, cleanliness standards, and customer service.
How You’ll Thrive
- $19.00 per hour + Competitive Bonus Potential
- Actively listen to customers to understand their unique situation and recommend solutions that meet/exceed their needs.
- Become a subject matter expert on self‑storage and explain it to customers.
- Assist customers during challenging times.
- Manage all aspects of the rental process, including converting sales, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance, assisting with truck rentals, collecting past‑due accounts, and guiding customers on their storage journey.
- Manage operational activities: inspect the store daily (lock checks), maintain facility standards, perform minor maintenance, contact vendors for routine repairs, handle cash accurately, post payments, and process bank deposits.

About You
- Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
- Tech savviness is a plus.
- Experience in cash handling required.
- Must be available on weekends.
- Passion for guest service and sales.
- Ability to support and motivate a collaborative work environment.
- Positive, outgoing personality.
- Insatiable appetite to learn new things.
- Strong accountability and work ethic.
- Experience in retail or service industry preferred.
Physical Demands And Work Environment
- Walk, bend, stand, stoop frequently.
- Lift up to 35 lbs. frequently; push up to 50 lbs. frequently; lift above head frequently.
- Work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Operate tools and maintenance equipment with manual dexterity.
- Communicate in written and verbal format frequently.
