We are seeking a VP of Marketing and Communications who is passionate about developing and retaining new audiences and building patron loyalty. As a key member of the leadership team, the VP will plan and execute a marketing strategy that achieves attendance and ticket revenue goals consistent with our long-range objectives and raises awareness and the profile of the orchestra. The successful candidate will be creative, data-driven, forward-thinking, and adept at managing change.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a marketing strategy to achieve attendance and ticket revenue goals.
• Raise awareness and elevate the orchestra’s profile.
• Develop and retain new audiences and build patron loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of marketing experience.
• Broad knowledge of current marketing trends, especially digital and content marketing.
• Creative, data-driven, forward-thinking, and adept at managing change.
