Position Summary

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire US Generic Injectables on market portfolio
  • Lead portfolio marketing team and create strategies to growth the overall business
  • Lead all marketing activities and conference strategies for on market product
  • Engage with key customer and work with sales force to growth key products
  • Lead on market strategies for new product launches
  • Collaborate with portfolio and global teams to provide insights for pipeline development
  • Collaborate with sales training to train sales teams
  • Develop strategic programs for the company's key outpatient markets (e.g., ASC, Home Infusion, Oncology, etc.) and collaborate with strategic distribution partners to meet their needs.
  • Responsible for directing the development of marketing strategy and tactics, implementation and control of marketing programs to maintain and increase market share and profits for assigned categories or divisions.
  • Ensure the attainment of organization goals of market share, profit, price, and revenue
  • Development and implementation of overall business and marketing plans that create alignment and a clear vision that drives successful achievement of business objectives.
  • Oversee the development of strategic and tactical business plans, budgets, forecasts, metrics, and measures key performance indicators to monitor and evaluate results.
  • Responsible for ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration in all business areas.
  • Understand healthcare industry trends, competition, health economics, and customer insights.
  • Direct trade show activities to manage booth activities in coordination with the trade show and conventionsteam.
  • Prepare monthly report to monitor the success of marketing plans, sales and other key projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years related experience, plus a minimum of 5 years management experience required.

Salary

$200,000 - 235,000

It is an essential function of this position for an employee to be present and in-person at the physical site(s) of our customers and potential customers. Many of our customers and potential customers are in clinical settings, including, but not limited to, hospitals, clinics, and other health care clinics (hereinafter, “Healthcare Customers”). Many of our Healthcare Customers require outside vendors like us to present proof that they have certain requisite vaccinations and immunizations, including, but not limited to, vaccinations against COVID-19 and seasonal influenza, before being granted entry into the Healthcare Customers’ clinical settings. To gain access to our Healthcare Customers clinical settings, field sales, field service, and other customer facing professionals are required to register with the vendor credentialing organization associated with the Healthcare Customers, complete the Healthcare Customers’ required process, and undergo a series of clearances. Vendor credentialing clearances include, but are not limited to, a national criminal background check, drug screening, and immunizations as determined by the vendors, which may include, but are not limited to, Influenza, Hepatitis B Virus, and COVID-19. You must fully comply with the requirements of the Healthcare Customers in your region, including any necessary proof of any vaccination. As such, all individuals in this position assigned to a Healthcare Customer with a COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B Virus, or other vaccination requirement must be fully vaccinated and/or immunized in accordance with the Healthcare Customers’ requirements.
