Our client, a PE-backed Company operating in the B2B Food Ingredients sector with significant growth in international markets, is currently looking for a:

The resource will report directly to the Group CFO

Scope

The resource, together with the Group CFO, will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations for the US business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial modeling
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings and reporting
• Collaborate with operations to improve cost accounting, inventory controls, and manufacturing margins
• Support strategic decision-making through robust financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
• Drive annual budgeting and long-term financial planning for the region
• Analyze key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to the executive team
• Leverage ERP systems to optimize financial processes and reporting

Requirements

• University degree in a finance or business discipline
• At least 5+ years of working experience in Finance roles
• Very solid knowledge of Controlling and FP&A topics
• Previous experience within a PE-backed company will be considered as a plus as well as the knowledge of the Food industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work autonomously in a lean company environment
• Proactivity and accountability
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
