🚀 Chief Accounting Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Accounting Officer to lead its accounting functions and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all global accounting practices, including payroll, technical accounting, revenue accounting, and internal controls
• Prepare SEC filings and ensure compliance with governmental reporting requirements and global regulations
• Drive efficiencies in accounting workflows and support cash management to optimize financial performance

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of accounting experience, with at least 7 years in an executive leadership role in a high-growth technology business
• Experience with multinational public accounting firms and handling statutory audits and global consolidations
• Proven track record in financial system implementations and managing treasury and cash optimization
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead large, successful teams across multiple disciplines
• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field; CPA / CMA / CIA required, MBA preferred
