What You Will Be Doing
Your role as a Youth Program Director goes beyond traditional teaching:
- Become a trusted mentor and inspiration catalyst for K-8 students, helping them unlock their full potential

- A bachelor\'s degree in any field—we value diverse perspectives

- 3 years of proven experience in child coaching or mentoring
- Authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)
- Enthusiasm to join our vibrant campus community in either Phoenix or Austin
- Availability to complete our paid training program at our Austin headquarters

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
