Responsibilities

• Review and advise on planning, documentation and controversy issues associated with intercompany transactions.
• Help companies accurately reflect and monitor transfer pricing in their financial systems.
• Assist with transfer pricing projects for global supply chain.
• Provide a fully integrated approach by preparing documents and assisting in defending transfer pricing in audits.
• Model financial outcomes, value intangible assets, and develop practical planning approaches.
• Lead and train associates, senior associates, and other team members.
• Maintain technical expertise by staying current with industry and legislative changes.
• Participate in local office and firm‑wide business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (preferred).
• At least ten years of relevant experience.
• CPA required (Juris Doctor or other advanced degree may be acceptable in lieu of CPA).
• Advanced technical knowledge of global transfer pricing concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
