How you Will make a difference

  • Partner with key department leaders to foster operational efficiencies effectiveness in the admission process.
  • Coach, develop and evaluate admission departments.
  • Partnering with key department leaders to direct lead management and CRM system initiatives.
  • Serving as key contact for admissions process policy and procedures.
  • Serving as home office leader of central intake.
  • Review impact of business development on data points, i.e. referral conversion rate, referral growth rate, Medicare market share. Establish appropriate processes and goals to achieve the company’s desired outcomes.
  • Review and analyze all data points related to admissions and revenue cycle. Establish appropriate processes and goals to achieve the company’s desired outcomes.

What you Need to make a Difference

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. Equivalent related work experience may be acceptable.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in healthcare (a sales and / or admissions leadership role with a proven track record preferred).
