What You’ll Do:

• Patient Relationships : Develop long-term, trusting relationships with individuals and families and educate patients on treatment options to improve their oral health.
• Team Leadership : Oversee and mentor a skilled team ofdental assistants and hygienists, fostering a collaborative, positive, and efficient environment
• Practice Growth : Help drive continued success and growth by maintaining an excellent standard of care and patient service

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience required to be considered
