Clinical Director (BCBA) Full Time - Salt Lake City, Utah

A respected and mission-driven ABA practice is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead its growing team in the Salt Lake City area . This is an exciting opportunity to help build an organization dedicated to compassionate, collaborative, and high-quality care for children and teens with autism.

Position Highlights :

• Lead and oversee all aspects of clinical programming and supervision
• Oversee quality of care, treatment integrity, and client outcomes
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with ethical and payer standards
• Partner with operations to ensure efficient scheduling, documentation, and reporting

Requirements :

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility for licensure)
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory and leadership experience in ABA therapy
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
• A collaborative mindset and passion for developing a new practice

Compensation & Details :

• Competitive salary : $100,000 - $125,000 annually
• Full-time schedule
• 401K 3% match after 6 months
• PTO of 21 days including 6 national holidays
