The role is accountable for the full end-to-end product lifecycle, including product strategy(s), product profitability management, pre-sales support, product compliance, product innovation and roadmap delivery. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and experience in the security domain, with accountability to deliver outcomes in a global matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of TNS’ Payment Markets Managed Security across the globe. The portfolio of products includes: 3DS (Online payments), Captcha (Online payments), Geo blocking, P2PE, EMV Certifications, PCI-DSS, TNSLink for Retail - SD-WAN security features and services, Tokenization, Scheme Tokenization, Fraud Integration Services, and other compliance and/or regulatory mandates (e.g., FCA, DORA).

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities, establishing clear direction for the product.
• Be the voice of Managed Security globally; monitor security trends and their impact on TNS.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market presence by delivering innovative products that meet customer needs and outperform competitors.
• Provide influential leadership; build and nurture relationships across the organization, including the Payment Market divisional leadership team.
• Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle to ensure designs meet end-user needs.

Our Expectations Of You

• Provide global leadership to the Global Managed Security product portfolio, including hardware platforms, strategy and execution.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including new product development, lifecycle planning, EOL, and ongoing support of existing products.
• Conduct market and customer analysis, requirements development, business case development, collateral contributions, product strategy and positioning.
• Strong understanding and management of Profit and Loss.
• Vendor management to ensure best price and value for products and services.
• Act as a knowledge source in security trends and technologies; train and support engineering and support teams regarding customer challenges solved by Accept, Connect, Orchestrate and Security portfolios.
• 10+ years of work experience in product management; 7+ years in Managed Security.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting Pre-Sales activities including training and client ideation.
• Knowledge of electronic payments and data security best practices (PCI-DSS).
• Network security expertise; familiarity with SOC processes, incident response and threat analysis.
• Understanding of current attack vectors and security risks; API security proficiency; OWASP Top Ten knowledge.
• Experience with cloud security solutions (AWS, Azure, Google); encryption knowledge (symmetric/asymmetric).

Qualifications (Nice To Have)

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Business, or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM.

Compensation and Benefits

For this role, the estimated compensation range is $180,000 to $200,000 USD. The role is eligible for variable pay (bonus or other form). Compensation is an estimate based on market data; actual amounts may vary by candidate knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.
