🚀 Senior Business Systems Analyst - SAP FICO

NVIDIA IT Finance is looking for an experienced SAP FICO professional. The ideal individual will have in‑depth experience with SAP FICO modules and their integration with other systems. You will lead the effort to design, develop and implement SAP FICO solutions, working closely with key finance users and participating in the application roadmap with fellow IT team members.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and support SAP FICO initiatives as team member, implementing new and improving existing functionalities.
• Articulate, analyze requirements, and translate them into effective solutions to support the future of Finance, responsible for the configuration of the SAP FICO module.
• Mentor and support users and teammates on SAP FICO functionalities, including understanding of configurations and transactions, and guide the global support team (MSP) where needed in daily production support.
• Key contact with business users in different time zones to harmoniously work on the requirements to develop additional FICO functionalities.
• Partner with multi‑functional/technical teams to prioritize the work and then drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs and coordinating with teams to get development moving.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs.
• Work with the onsite‑offshore resources around the world to prioritize, coordinate and execute projects and guide them in implementing small to medium size projects, providing status to the Project Manager and other team members.
• Build training documentation & impart training to end users, prepare scripts and conduct unit testing / user acceptance testing.

What we need to see

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
• 12+ years of SAP ECC 6.0/S4/CFIN experience focused on the FICO modules, functional and technical proficiency with at least 10+ SAP FICO implementation experience.
• Demonstrated SAP FICO configuration/technical skills especially in CFIN, COPA, GL, multi‑currency, Group Reporting, and understanding of the business functions of Finance & Accounting.
• Areas of expertise in SAP FICO (ECC/S4) including but not limited to CFIN, COPA, GL, multi‑currency, Group Reporting, allocations, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Product Cost, SAP Security related to roles and SODs.
• Experience in non‑SAP Finance applications like Concur, Blackline, One‑Source, AP Invoice Automation tools, etc.
• Ability to architect solutions in the Finance (FICO) functional areas by seamlessly integrating with MM, SD, PP, APO, and BW functional areas.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Integration experience with 3rd‑party applications and SAP portals.
• Change control and release management experience.
• Strong project management experience and skills, verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Semiconductor industry experience, including the “fabless” business model.
• Experience working in SAP BW/BI.
• Exposure to SAP BPC.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD – 264,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
