About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Business Systems Test Analyst to support testing initiatives within the Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) organization. This role will focus on validating system functionality, creating and executing test cases, and supporting issue tracking and escalation to ensure successful technology delivery.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with business and technology partners to ensure test coverage, quality control, and smooth implementation of system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for CSBB system enhancements and integrations.
• Perform system navigation, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Identify, document, and track defects, risks, and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support data validation and reporting related to testing results and system behavior.
• Partner with business execution and technology teams to ensure functional alignment.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving testing processes and coverage.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, System Testing, or Quality Assurance, or equivalent combination of experience, training, or education.
• Experience testing enterprise or banking systems (preferably CSBB or similar).
• Strong skills in creating and managing test cases, identifying issues, and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, test management tools, and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, ALM, or similar).

Preferred Skills

• Background in banking operations, digital channels, or financial systems.
• Experience coordinating UAT or regression testing for large-scale implementations.
• Ability to analyze data and report findings clearly to both technical and business audiences.
