Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise data strategy aligned with corporate goals
• Own the enterprise Master Data Management strategy and enforce data governance policies
• Oversee data engineering and architecture to support analytics and AI initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in data strategy, governance, and engineering, with 8+ years in an executive role
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in data science, information systems, or business preferred
• Proven track record in Master Data Management implementation and enterprise data architecture
• Strong understanding of data platforms and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with data transformation in complex, global organizations
