We’re seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Data to help shape how digital interactions are captured, measured, and understood across a world-class entertainment brand. You’ll partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define measurable goals, ensure accurate data capture, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. This role blends analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and storytelling to connect data with real-world impact.
Primary Purpose
As the Senior Analyst, Digital Data , you’ll serve as a key translator between business objectives and technical execution. You’ll define analytics requirements, guide implementation efforts, validate data accuracy, and generate insights that drive continuous improvement. This is both a strategic and hands‑on role for someone passionate about connecting data with real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with digital product, marketing, and engineering teams to define measurable goals and translate them into tracking requirements.
Develop and maintain tagging strategies, analytics documentation, and implementation plans.
Lead validation and QA of analytics tracking across websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
Conduct data audits and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, consistency, and completeness of digital data.
Use tools such as Adobe Analytics , Adobe Launch , and Target to support data collection, reporting, and optimization.
Analyze digital performance and create dashboards or reports that connect behaviors to outcomes and business KPIs.
Support A/B testing initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Champion best practices in data governance, measurement strategy, and insight communication within Superformula and with client partners.
Required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., analytics, marketing, computer science, or business).
5+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, data strategy, or performance measurement.
Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Launch, Target, Analytics).
Experience implementing and validating analytics tracking for large-scale digital platforms.
Familiarity with Agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills — ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Preferred
Experience supporting e-commerce or high-traffic digital ecosystems.
Working knowledge of RegEx , SQL , Python , R , or C++ for advanced data analysis.
Understanding of tag management systems and web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS).
Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and digital marketing metrics.
